Sap! Beverages

Sap! is a line of plant-based superfood sparkling beverages made from maple tree sap and birch tree sap.

Nikita Salmon built the company in 2014. His family has farmed maple in Vermont for five generations.

The lineup runs from straight maple seltzer and maple soda to flavored sparkling waters in ginger-lemongrass, tangerine-chamomile, strawberry-habanero, and cranberry-goji.
